about us

What is Project Ejaba

Ejaba means “answer” in arabic. Project Ejaba was born of the many questions Muslim young adults have had about finding a way of living authentically at a time when many feel under pressure to respond to the many misconceptions about Islam and Muslims in America.
Our goal is to help you find the resources and answers you need to live confidently and authentically. On this site you will find resources on planning a mental wellness seminar for your community leaders and information on finding a helpline where you can speak to someone who understands your faith and culture. There are answers on where you can connect with others who are working on public service projects that speak to you and information on where to find help if you feel unsafe in your place of worship.
Our goal is to start from a place of healing and help you define how you wish to engage with the world.
This website is crowd sourced and contains answers to questions YOU have asked.
If you have any thoughts on what you would like to see on this website, connect with us and let us know!
